Acupuncture Treatment

What to Expect at Your First Acupuncture Visit

-Initial visits typically run 60-90 minutes.          -30 minutes reviewing your health history.        -Tongue and pulse diagnosis.                                  -Take into account your Whole Self (body, mind, and spirit).                                                            -Will determine your underlying imbalances and create a specific treatment plan for you.

My goal at Carolina Holistic Health is to help you and your family achieve the results you are seeking and help maintain optimal health with safe, natural and holistic care. In order for you to get the most out of this worthwhile investment, I would like to share a few tips:

1. Each treatment builds upon previous ones. It is important to follow through with your future care plan in order to receive maximum benefit.

2. Follow the suggestions and self-care techniques I give you on how to maximize your treatments to support you on the road to health and wellness.

3. Please be patient. Healing with acupuncture care is a process, not a magic bullet. It takes time and is influenced by many factors. Learn More >
